1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags are intact

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Intimates or undergarments

  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@tommyslobbies.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photo(s) if the item was damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@tommyslobbies.com
