Shipping timelines, methods, and rates may vary depending on the fulfillment partner and the destination of your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing times differ depending on the supplier and product type. Once your order is processed and confirmed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery timeline. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer a variety of shipping options within the United States based on weight and service level. Please review the following tables:

Carrier-Calculated Shipping

We also offer real-time shipping rates from trusted carriers including:

  • USPS – Discounted rates with 3 available services
  • UPS – Discounted rates with 12 available services (Includes a 20% handling fee)
  • DHL Express – One discounted international service

Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and others. Availability depends on the specific manufacturer fulfilling your order.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, if available. This will allow you to track your shipment via the carrier’s website. For tracking issues, contact the fulfillment partner listed in your order confirmation.

6. Shipping Delays and Liability

Tommy’s Lobbies is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. We rely on our trusted fulfillment partners for order delivery. If any issue arises, please contact the manufacturer or shipping provider included in your order email.
