Return and Refund Policy

At Tommy’s Lobbies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags.

  • Returned in the original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Squarebiz@tommyslobbies.com.

Returns must be sent to the manufacturer or the shipping address provided in your order confirmation or on the original package. If you’re unsure about the correct return address, please contact us and we’ll confirm it for you.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping is free.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get the item you want, return your original item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
