Builder’s Pocket is operated by Tommys Lobbies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the Builder’s Pocket mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Builder’s Pocket may collect information you provide directly when creating or using an account, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Account or user identifier

We may also collect information you enter into Builder’s Pocket while using the app, including business and job-related information such as:

• Estimates
• Labor and material line items
• Quantities
• Rates and calculations
• Descriptions and notes
• Customer or project information you choose to enter
• Other information necessary to create, manage, and maintain estimates

2. Subscription and Purchase Information

Builder’s Pocket may offer paid subscriptions.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google. Builder’s Pocket does not receive or store your full payment card number or banking credentials from those transactions.

We may receive subscription-related information such as:

• Subscription status
• Product purchased
• Purchase or renewal history
• Transaction or purchase identifiers
• Subscription expiration or cancellation status

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and determine whether a user has access to paid Builder’s Pocket features.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and authenticate user accounts
• Provide Builder’s Pocket features
• Create, save, retrieve, and manage estimates
• Maintain subscription access and paid features
• Restore previous purchases
• Provide customer support
• Maintain the security and reliability of the service
• Prevent misuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• Diagnose technical problems
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

Builder’s Pocket is not designed to use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.

4. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate Builder’s Pocket.

Supabase
Used for services such as account authentication, databases, storage, and backend infrastructure.

RevenueCat
Used to manage in-app subscriptions, purchase status, entitlements, and restoration of purchases.

Apple App Store
Used to process eligible iOS purchases and subscriptions.

Google Play
Used to process eligible Android purchases and subscriptions.

Email service providers
May be used to send account-related or transactional communications.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and privacy obligations.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Builder’s Pocket
• Maintain your account
• Fulfill legitimate business purposes
• Maintain transaction or subscription records
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements
• Meet applicable legal requirements

Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security requirements.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Builder’s Pocket account and associated personal information.

When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or other legitimate purposes.

Instructions for requesting account deletion will be made available within Builder’s Pocket or through an associated Builder’s Pocket support channel.

Deleting a Builder’s Pocket account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must also be managed through the applicable app store account.

8. Tracking and Advertising

Builder’s Pocket is not intended to track users across unrelated apps or websites for targeted advertising.

We do not intend to sell user information to data brokers or use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

9. Children’s Privacy

Builder’s Pocket is a business productivity application and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we may take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to your personal information, which may include rights to:

• Request access to certain personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of certain information
• Obtain information about how personal information is used or disclosed

Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.

11. International Users

Builder’s Pocket and its service providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions in which service providers operate.

By using the service, information may therefore be processed outside your state, province, or country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
