Users may request deletion of their Builder’s Pocket account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Builder’s Pocket account, email:

support@tommyslobbies.com

Use the subject line:

Builder’s Pocket Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Builder’s Pocket account so we can verify ownership.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After account ownership is verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable account information and user-created Builder’s Pocket data associated with the account, including information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number, if provided
• Account identifier
• Estimates and related user-created job or project information

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required or permitted for legitimate purposes, including:

• Transaction and subscription records
• Fraud-prevention or security records
• Records required for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes

Any retained information will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Builder’s Pocket account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

Users must separately manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store account.
